What You'll Do
- Manage and organize patient records for upcoming appointments
- Upload and maintain records in portals and databases
- Prepare and send documentation to physicians on time
- Follow up with clients for missing or outstanding records
- Ensure secure and accurate processing of all records
Key Criteria
- At least 2 years of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiar with PDF/TIFF formats and general database navigation
- Highly organized with strong time management, able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 9:00AM – 6:00PM PDT (12:00AM - 9:00AM Philippine Time) with a full onsite work arrangement.
