What You'll Do
- Monitor incoming medical records queues and upcoming appointments to ensure timely workflow completion
- Oversee day-to-day team operations, including task delegation and daily coordination through group chats
- Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins, provide performance guidance, and reinforce accountability and consistent daily work completion across the team
- Track and report team metrics to ensure performance, quality, and timeliness standards are met
- Provide additional support during high-volume periods and contribute to priority projects and operational initiatives
- Lead team engagement through weekly huddles, monthly alignment sessions, cross-training initiatives, and quarterly offshore/onshore meetings
- Serve as a key communication bridge between offshore and onshore teams, facilitating feedback loops and operational alignment
Key Criteria
- At least 2 years of experience leading a healthcare/insurance document management team with hands-on experience in medical records processing or related field
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards
- Proven ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Time 8:30AM to 5:30PM (8:30PM – 5:30AM PHT) with a full onsite work arrangement.
