Medical Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead utilization management and medical cost-control initiatives.
• Oversee provider network and medical operations to ensure service quality and SLA compliance.
• Manage provider accreditation, expansion, performance, and partnerships.
• Support underwriting, claims evaluation, and complex case management.
• Drive chronic disease management, wellness, and telemedicine programs.
• Monitor medical spend and recommend cost-efficiency strategies.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for the team.

About you

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a valid PRC license.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience.
• Proven leadership and healthcare operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical risk assessment, claims, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in insurance, underwriting, or healthcare management is an advantage.
• Postgraduate specialization, board certification, or a master's degree is preferred but not required.
