Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or concierge services.
Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, patient coordination, and service operations.
Experience with CRM, care management, scheduling, and reporting platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and operational change.
Understanding of HIPAA, data privacy, and healthcare compliance standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred experience in telehealth, concierge medicine, or premium service environments.
Responsibilities
Lead technical and operational strategy for medical concierge services.
Oversee service delivery workflows, escalation paths, and support standards.
Manage platforms for scheduling, communication, case tracking, and reporting.
Partner with clinical, IT, compliance, and customer experience teams.
Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and operational dashboards.
Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and satisfaction.
Supervise managers, vendors, and cross-functional operational staff.
Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
