Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of the medical concierge team and assign workloads effectively.
Ensure patients and families receive timely, personalized, and professional assistance.
Handle escalated service issues, complaints, and special patient requests with discretion.
Coordinate appointments, referrals, transportation, admissions, and discharge-related support.
Monitor service quality metrics and implement improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.
Train, coach, and evaluate concierge staff on service standards and communication practices.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to streamline patient experiences.
Maintain compliance with privacy regulations, internal policies, and documentation standards.
