A Medical Concierge Executive Director leads a hospital or HMO's patient experience programs. The role bridges clinical, HMO, and administrative services to provide high-end, seamless healthcare journeys for VIPs, medical tourists, and corporate accounts.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or an allied medical course is required.
5 to 8 years of progressive experience in hospitals, Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), or corporate clinics.A minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership or executive-level managerial role
In-depth understanding of hospital operations, billing, and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) networks, including facilitating Letters of Authorization (LOA)
Proven ability to manage teams, handle crises under pressure, and drive operational excellence
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to manage VIP clients, international patients, and high-level medical stakeholders
