Experience in private healthcare, luxury hospitality, or executive client services is highly desirable.
5 years leadership experience in healthcare operations, concierge services, or patient experience management.
Strong knowledge of care coordination, patient relations, and service excellence practices.
Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives effectively.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience Working With Confidential Medical Information And Privacy Requirements.
Ability to build scalable processes while maintaining a personalized client experience.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to service quality.
Responsibilities
Lead the overall strategy and daily operations of the medical concierge program.
Develop personalized patient service models that enhance access, coordination, and satisfaction.
Manage and mentor concierge staff, patient relations teams, and support personnel.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, administrators, and external partners to streamline care journeys.
Establish service standards, performance metrics, and quality improvement initiatives.
Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for concierge operations.
Handle escalated patient concerns with discretion, empathy, and timely resolution.
Design VIP, executive, and international patient support programs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and organizational policies.
Identify growth opportunities and implement innovations in premium patient services.
