JOB DESCRIPTION;
A Medical Concierge Assistant Manager oversees frontline patient services and healthcare coordination. They lead concierge staff, manage patient journeys, handle billing/insurance (like HMOs), and bridge communication between patients, doctors, and facilities. They ensure high-quality, seamless, and empathetic care
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Hospitality, or a related health-allied field.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.
3 to 5 years of accumulated work experience in a hospital, HMO, or upscale service/hospitality setting
Deep understanding of healthcare networks, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) policies, processing Letters of Authorization (LOAs), and insurance verification
Strong capability in managing VIP patient relations, resolving complex concerns, and ensuring a seamless concierge experience
Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), hospital systems, and modern patient engagement platforms
Exceptional communication, empathy, problem-solving under pressure, and the ability to maintain the highest level of patient confidentiality.
