The responsibilities of a Team Lead are outlined but not limited to the following:

• To manage an assigned team of individual contributors in meeting or exceeding customer service level agreement
• Completion of team projects
• Adherence to operating standards and enforcement of company policies through effective people development
• Team engagement and performance management capabilities

OP Team Lead Qualifications:

• Must have an active PHRN license
• Must have an active coding certification (CPC/CCS/CIC/COC/CRC)
• At least 2 years of Outpatient Coding experience
• At least 2 years of SME/Team Lead experience

RA Team Lead Qualifications:

• Must have an active PHRN license
• Must have an active coding certification (CPC/CCS/CIC/COC/CRC)
• At least 2 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience
• At least 2 years of SME/QA/Team Lead experience
