This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Coder, located in the Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. The Medical Coder will be responsible for reviewing medical records to assign standardized codes for diagnoses and procedures, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with industry regulations. The role involves the application of medical terminology knowledge, expertise in medical coding systems, and staying updated on coding guidelines and healthcare regulations. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and maintaining the confidentiality of patient information are essential aspects of this role.

• Experience in medical coding and a solid understanding of Coding Experience, RHIT, and medical billing processes.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and proficiency in Health Information Management.
• Thorough understanding of Medical Coding systems and practices, including ICD and CPT coding.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to uphold patient confidentiality.
• Familiarity with healthcare programs and regulations is an advantage.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
