Job Description

Job Title : Medical Coding Specialist

Location :Uptown 2 / Gateway, Taguig city

Shift timing: 1PM10PM or 8PM5AM

Work Schedule: Hybrid, twice a week

Position Type: Contract

Job Description:

AI-Risk Coding Associate Responsibilities:

Assign diagnosis codes per ICD-10-CM Guidelines for CMS-HCC conditions.
Conduct thorough chart reviews using computer-assisted coding tools.
Apply in-depth coding principles to assign valid diagnosis codes supported by medical records.
Demonstrate understanding of acceptable medical record documentation for CMS-HCCs.
Exhibit advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Maintain quality and productivity standards.
Escalate issues appropriately to Team Lead/Operations Manager or Coding SME.
