Job Title: Medical Client Onboarding Specialist (Orthodontics Background)

Location: Philippines | Remote

Schedule: U.S. Business Hours/Night Shift

We are hiring an experienced orthodontic professional to lead client implementations from kickoff through a successful 90-day ramp.

You'll partner with U.S. orthodontic practices to design VA workflows, lead training, and turn new engagements into strong, long-term partnerships — using real orthodontic operational knowledge, not a generic playbook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on U.S. orthodontic practice experience (TC, practice coordinator, ortho VA, revenue-cycle/AR, trainer, or similar)
• Solid grasp of orthodontic financial and operational workflows
• Experience training, coaching, or onboarding others
• Direct experience working with U.S.-based doctors and practice teams
• Hands-on experience with an orthodontic PM system (Cloud 9, Dolphin, Ortho2 Edge, topsOrtho, Greyfinch, OrthoTrac, or similar)
• Excellent English communication and confidence leading client video calls
• General awareness of HIPAA/PHI/PII in U.S. healthcare

What You'll Do

• Own new practice implementations from kickoff through Day 90
• Design VA workflows around each practice's real needs (TC follow-up, scheduling, insurance, contract AR, and more)
• Lead training and adoption for doctors, office teams, and VAs
• Set 30/60/90-day milestones and manage the ramp
• Spot and escalate risks before they become client issues
• Keep implementation records current in HubSpot, Avionte, and related tools

Nice to Have:

Invisalign/clear aligner workflow experience, prior implementation or customer success experience, multi-location/DSO exposure, SOP or training material development.
