Job Description

• Process patient payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding billing inquiries and payment collection.
• Resolve patient billing concerns while providing excellent customer service.
• Research and manage billing transactions using relevant data systems.
• Cross-train on various billing tasks and complete required training.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
