The Mission (How You'll Make an Impact)
- The Master Negotiator: You will be on the front lines, calling US-based healthcare providers and surgical centers to negotiate final-payoff amounts on medical liens.
- Lien Resolution Excellence: Navigate complex US regulations (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA) to ensure our clients medical debts are reduced to fair market values.
- Financial Auditing: Scrutinize medical billing ledgers to identify overcharges, duplicate billing, and coding errors.
- Impactful Collaboration: Work directly with US-based attorneys to provide real-time payoff updates, ensuring cases settle faster and clients take home more of their settlement.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in US Medical Billing, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), or US Collections.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must be confident, professional, and persuasive when speaking with US-based medical billing departments.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with Filevine or similar Case Management Software is a huge advantage.
- Mindset: A results-first attitude. You enjoy the challenge of a negotiation and the satisfaction of seeing a Total Savings metric rise.
