Staffing for Doctors is seeking a
Medical Biller with Full Revenue Cycle Management experience (AP1218) to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in overseeing the complete billing process, from initial charge entry to final payment collection, ensuring optimal revenue flow and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full revenue cycle, including charge capture, claim submission, payments, and follow-up.
- Ensure accurate coding and documentation for all procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor aging accounts receivable and follow up on denials and outstanding claims.
- Communicate effectively with payers and patients regarding payment options and billing inquiries.
- Implement billing best practices to optimize revenue collection and minimize write-offs.
- Generate regular revenue cycle reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing with a comprehensive understanding of full revenue cycle management.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, and billing regulations.
- Proficient in medical billing softwares
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving billing issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
