We are looking for a Healthcare Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support to healthcare providers. This role focuses on back-office operations, patient coordination, and virtual support tasks to ensure smooth and efficient clinic workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update electronic health records (EHR/EMR) accurately
- Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Handle inbound and outbound patient communication
- Assist with medical documentation and chart preparation
- Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and follow-ups
- Support billing processes and ensure proper documentation for claims
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards
- Assist providers with virtual administrative tasks during consultations
- Monitor task queues and ensure timely completion of assigned work
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant or in a clinical/admin healthcare role
- Strong familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
- Knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorizations, and medical billing basics
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pasig City
