Medical Assistant
Salary Range: $693 to $866 per month

This role centers heavily on structured data entry, where you'll copy AI-generated notes into the system and ensure their accuracy and proper placement. You'll work closely with physicians to keep records clean, organized, and ready for review, while also supporting front office communication when needed.
What You'll Do:
- Perform structured data entry by copying AI-generated medical notes into the charting system.
- Review AI-generated medical notes produced during patient visits.
- Copy and paste relevant sections such as history of present illness and treatment plans into the charting system.
- Ensure information is placed in the correct sections of patient charts.
- Verify accuracy of entered information and correct any inconsistencies.
- Identify and remove duplicated or unnecessary text within notes.
- Make light edits to improve readability and formatting before physician review.
- Compare current notes with previous patient records when needed to maintain consistency.
- Make and receive phone calls to assist with front office support such as scheduling appointments.
- Assist with additional administrative or clinical support tasks during lighter workloads.

Be part of a collaborative medical team, working directly with physicians and administrative staff to streamline documentation processes and enhance the accuracy of patient records through the use of AI-supported tools, while also coordinating with front office staff to support patient communication.
Who We're Looking For:
- Basic Medical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology such as medication names or clinical terms is required.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to identify duplicated text, misplaced information, or formatting issues in AI-generated documentation.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with AI tools, charting systems, and digital workflows.
- Efficient & Organized: Able to handle multiple records daily while maintaining accuracy.
- Trainable: Capable of learning and adapting to specific documentation styles and systems.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable making and receiving phone calls to support front office needs.
- HIPAA Awareness: HIPAA certification is a plus, but not necessary.
- Experience: General work experience is required.
