ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a Media Buyer, internally known as Paid Media Coordinator (Google Ads) to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels. This role requires a detail-oriented and data-driven marketer who can plan, execute, and refine ad strategies to maximize return on investment. You will focus on keyword research, audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns meet key metrics like CPL, CPA, and ROAS. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Google Ads and a strong understanding of digital advertising best practices.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform the following campaign strategy and execution responsibilities:
  • Plan and budget for paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, in coordination with marketing leadership
  • Research and select keywords, develop audience targeting, and create compelling ad creatives
  • Optimize campaigns for key performance metrics, including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Perform the following performance optimization tasks:
  • Evaluate campaign results continuously to optimize future strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad variations, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve performance
  • Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics to meet ROI targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in paid media advertising, with a primary focus on Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Ability to develop ad creatives and messaging that drive engagement and conversions
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and analyzing ad performance data
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Experience and ability to perform data analysis skills and Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Google Ads certification is a plus
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environmentindependent worker, self-directed
