Media Analyst

ROLE OVERVIEW

This position is flexible for individuals of 3 to 7 years of experience. The Media Analyst will be an integral member of an international team outside of the US that is dedicated to improving our reporting, measurement, and global responsiveness across the agency. The Media Analyst offers the unique opportunity to take responsibilities that are currently quite executional and turn them into strategic differentiators for Jack Taylor.

Jack Taylor is headquartered in New York City, USA, and you will be working fully remotely. Some overlap with the US Eastern timezone or UK time is required.

CLIENT SERVICE

• Serve as an extension of the client account teams, managing foundational activities like coverage clipping and reporting, measurement and analytics, competitive analysis and benchmarking, and social media monitoring
• Develop understanding of 1) team activities and areas of focus and 2) client needs and objectives to identify areas where Global PR support can create additional space for media relations team
• Build up capabilities in core responsibilities and develop mastery and credibility. Advise on best presentation of client materials on regular basis and create reusable templates and processes for the entire agency
• Look ahead to other functions for growth and team expansion:
• Client inbound request vetting and responses
• Proactive awards, events, and conferences monitoring and calendar
• Award submission drafting
• Case study creation
