We are embedded within Great Deals E-Commerce Corp, a leading e-commerce enabler in the Philippines, servicing notable brands like Nestle, Unilever, Mars, Beiersdorf, and Nutri Asia.
Role Summary: The Media & Accounts Executive owns day-to-day client execution across paid media, social commerce, and creator-led campaigns. This role is about making plans real, keeping campaigns on track, and ensuring nothing breaks between strategy, platform, and client.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute approved media plans across TikTok, Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms
- Media planning whenever necessary, and cascading to Media Buyer (kitchen) for implementation
- Coordinate daily with clients on deliverables, timelines, and updates
- Nurtures partnerships with platforms like TikTok for platform support during launches and mega shopping days
- Manage campaign setup, go-live checks, optimization requests, and reporting
- Coordinate with creatives, strategists, affiliates, and LIVE teams
- Track budgets, pacing, and KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CPA, Reach, Engagement)
- Flag risks early: under-delivery, creator delays, platform issues
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights (not just numbers)

- Campaigns go live on time, with minimal errors
- Clients feel informed, not confused or chasing updates
- Media spends are paced correctly; no last-minute panic
- Clear performance insights are fed back to strategy and content teams
