The Medallia CX Functional role is critical in ensuring that our clients maximize the value of our platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them implement solutions that enhance their customer experience.
Responsibilities

- Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing the Medallia platform.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of the Medallia solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of the platform.
- Monitor client usage and provide ongoing support to drive engagement.
Qualifications

- Experience in customer experience management or related fields.
