Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mechanical Technology Technical Trainer with a strong combination of hands-on industry experience and proven teaching or training experience. The ideal candidate can bridge the gap between theory and real-world application, delivering engaging and practical learning experiences that enhance technical skills and job readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver technical training programs based on real-world industry practices
- Conduct classroom and practical hands-on training sessions using effective training methodologies
- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials
- Integrate industry scenario and practical examples into training sessions
- Assess trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations
- Provide training report and feedback to learners
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business teams to align training with industry needs
- Continuously improve training content based on feedback and current industry demand
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical and Vocational Education, or related field
- More than 2 years of teaching, training, or instructional experience in a Technical Vocational Institute or College
- Preferably with industry experience in a relevant technical field (eg. Manufacturing, Servicing, related field, etc)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, structured way
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must be willing to work on a part-time basis (hourly rate)
- Must be willing to work onsite in Calamba, Laguna
- Flexible schedule based on training requirements
