Mechanical Technician

Description:

• Manage scheduling, recording, filing, and updating of preventive maintenance activities and related data
• Monitor maintenance expenses against budget and tracked stock levels of critical spare parts
• Perform and implement preventive maintenance, repairs, and machine overhauls based on SAP-PMS work orders, ensuring high-quality workmanship
• Handle inspection, calibration, overhauling, and corrective or emergency repairs on brewery machinery and equipment
• Oversee continuous monitoring and maintenance of equipment across day and night shifts to enhance operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs
• Document all maintenance activities—including repairs, calibration, testing, and revisions—for record-keeping and performance evaluation

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Mechanical Engineering Graduate, or at least a Technical Vocational/Trade school graduate
• Knowledge in written and oral English
• Must possess leadership skills
• Proficient in computer (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and SAP-PMS
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga
