As Mechanical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support in the mechanical equipment like STG, Coal Handling, Water Treatment Plant, and power plant assets. The role holder will provide technical support during overhauls, plant failure situations, inspections, and optimizing the approach for the full range of maintenance philosophies at the plant sites. You will work closely with Maintenance team to contribute to the resolution of technical issues inhibiting flexible plant performance and in proposing plant improvement options.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily Preventive and/or Corrective maintenance tasks to uphold operational efficiency, thereby ensuring that all necessary resources needed for the tasks at hand are available.
• Performs troubleshooting of defective machinery or equipment; identifies causes and extent of malfunction and implements corrective repair or the most appropriate course of action.
• Identify recurring problems, propose feasible solution/s, and lead system or sub-system design or re-design, as applicable.
• Conducts periodic physical inspections of running equipment to detect leaks and abnormalities; performs regular lubrication and/or greasing of all mechanical equipment.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• A Bachelor's Graduate of any mechanical-related course.
• License Required.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
