Job Description

Qualifications:

  • SSME, BSEE, BSECE, BS Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • 2 yrs Power Electronics/Semicon Design related experience
  • 2 yrs Electronics/Semicon Assy or Tooling experience
  • 3 yrs 2D/3D Design Software Experience (Solidworks/Autodesk)
  • Background on FEA Mechanical Simulation, Power Discrete Package Technology, Plastic Package, Leadframe and Substrate Design, Semicon Assy/Tooling

Main Job Functions:

  • Execute 2D/3D mechanical design works for Power Module and discrete package
  • Execute FEA Mechanical simulation and analysis, design analysis, DFx for power device
  • Execute design works/project design lead for power device project
