MECHANICAL SALES ENGINEER (REMOTE – PH)

Experience working with Australian clients is a must.

We are an Australian Specialist Supplier of Industrial Pumps seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer based in the Philippines to support sales team.

This is a full-time, long-term work-from-home role working in Sydney hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

We are seeking a mechanical engineer with strong estimating and technical expertise to support our sales BDMs, providing accurate quotes, technical guidance, and seamless project coordination to help close and deliver pump deals.

All-Pumps is looking for:

At least 3–5 years of experience in:

  • Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Process Engineering roles (3-5 years)
  • Project engineering or project delivery support (3-5 years)
  • Estimating support for pump or rotating equipment projects (3-5 years)

Strong and Proven experience in:

  • Preparing estimates and pricing for pump projects or similar mechanical systems.
  • Supporting Sales BDMs on the road, tracking estimates and coordinating completion
  • Coordinating projects across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing technical and commercial estimates for pump projects
  • Coordinating between sales, engineering, and operations teams
  • Reviewing technical specifications and ensuring compliance

Background in:

  • Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Process Engineering (degree qualified preferred)
  • Pump, valve, or rotating equipment experience (highly regarded)

Technical and system skills:

  • Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • HubSpot experience preferred
  • Netsuite experience preferred or similar

Personal attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to write clear, professional emails that customers can easily understand
  • Strong technical and engineering judgement
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Employment status: Currently employed or recently employed (within the last 6 months)

Overview of your role:

You will act as a Technical Sales Engineer, supporting our BDMs and sales team to close pump deals by providing accurate technical guidance, competitive estimates, and seamless project handover that drives customer confidence and repeat business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing estimates and quotations for pump projects
  • Assisting with technical and commercial proposal development
  • Coordinating with internal teams (sales, engineering, projects, management)
  • Preparing and distributing weekly project status reports
  • Liaising with suppliers and vendors for pricing and technical information
