Your impact
Develop detailed 3D models of mechanical/HVAC and plumbing systems in Revit MEP, converting 2D plans into accurate 3D assemblies that meet BIM standards.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed discipline models; assign metadata to model elements.
- Follow project naming conventions and BIM Execution Plan; perform internal geometry checks.
- Collaborate with design leads to update models based on engineering calculations and feedback.
- Export and share discipline models for coordination.
Here's what you'll need
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting; experience with Revit MEP and BIM 360.
- Ability to interpret 2D drawings and convert them into accurate 3D models.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and local BIM standards; understanding of mechanical/HVAC systems.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience with federated models and clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks).
