Requirements

At least 2 years experience in quality control or assurance in mechanical engineering.
Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ASME, or similar.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency with quality management software and tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control procedures for mechanical components.
Inspect and test mechanical parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
Identify defects and non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improve product quality.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement solutions.
Train staff on quality control processes and standards.
Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor supplier quality and coordinate with procurement as needed.
