We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator / Drafter / CAD Designer to support an Australian engineering team.

AUSTRALIAN CLIENT EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY REQUIRED

We are specifically looking for candidates who have previous experience working directly with Australian clients or Australian engineering, manufacturing, mining, or industrial companies.

Please make sure this experience is clearly stated on your resume.

Key Requirements:

We are looking for someone with experience in:

Mechanical estimating and cost calculations

Mechanical drafting and CAD design

Strong hands-on experience using Autodesk Inventor

Preparing:

• General Arrangement (GA) Drawings
• Fabrication Drawings
• Assembly Drawings
• Manufacturing Drawings
• Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Material Take-Offs (MTOs)

Preferred Industry Experience:

Experience with any of the following will be highly regarded:

• Conveyors and materials-handling equipment
• Hoppers and chutes
• Platforms and walkways
• Sheet metal fabrication
• Structural steel
• Mechanical assemblies
• Welding and fabrication
• Industrial or manufacturing equipment
