Mechanical Engineering Technician Shift work required

Assemble and install mechanical systems for industrial,electromedical, and manufacturing purposes Implement cost-effective changes inequipment design to improve reliability and safety

Assist mechanical engineers in developing, building andmaintaining machines and tools

Read and interpret engineering designs, plans, and diagramsfor piping, transmission, and HVAC systems Prepare cost and material estimatesfor a project

Test and analyze machines, tools, and components todetermine their performance, strength and response to stress

Design manufacturing implements such as jigs, dies, andmoulds

Carry out inspections to identify faults and initiate repairof mechanical systems or products

Monitor mechanical processes to ensure conformance tostandard project procedures Use

CAD software and technology to prepare drawing plans anddesign for an engineering project

Assemble components or machine parts to form integral orcomplete product unit

Provide technical solutions to mechanical problems found ina variety of industries

Develop and design prototypes of equipment

Ensure compliance with health/safety procedures andregulations

Implement quality control systems useful in evaluating andtesting mechanical processes/product for consistency.

Liase with various departments to completed the job.

Report to Management Level

Requirements

Degree in Engineering Mechanical

Working Location : Jurong West

Working days : Monday - Friday (5 Days)

Working Time : 7:30am - 5:15pm

Shift Work required ( Rotation work at Saturday &Sunday)

Require to work at Night Shift
