Mechanical Engineering Service Manager

Job Description & Requirements

. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary site activities, focusing on the seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems with civil/structural construction workflows.

. Oversee the comprehensive planning and implementation of plant maintenance programs, ensuring best-practice preventive maintenance to minimize downtime on critical equipment.

. Direct and supervise site work, including machine troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and complex on-site technical problem-solving.

. Ensure all site activities, fabrication, and installations comply with Singapore's local regulatory standards and project-specific quality requirements.

. Maintain accurate and essential records of maintenance, testing, and safety inspections prepare detailed technical reports for Project Directors and stakeholders.

. Supervise and coordinate external contractors for M&E systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.

. Other temporary tasks assigned

Requirements:

. Recognized Diploma or above in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

. Minimum 15 years or above in construction and infrastructure projects, deep-water port, bridge, and wharf engineering experience will be an advantage.

. Extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, plant management, and site safety production.

. Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting, equipment planning, and site technical issue resolution.

. Able to work under fast paced environment.

. Able to work across Singapore Island.
