In this role, you'll oversee the maintenance, rehabilitation, and performance optimization of drilling rigs, compressors, grout pumps, shotcrete machines, and heavy vehicles used in our field operations. You'll develop equipment strategies, lead troubleshooting and repair efforts, and ensure all machinery meets safety and operational standards. The position involves close coordination with project engineers and field crews to keep equipment running efficiently and support ongoing site activities.
