What will you do

We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecon's business globally. Here are the key things you will do to:

Job Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Design of municipal water and wastewater treatment infrastructure

• Design of pumping systems including hydraulics

• Support with development of:

- Mechanical general arrangements and standard details

- Piping isometric drawings-Mechanical specifications and procurement

documentation (e.g. data sheets, scope of works, specifications)

- Pipe stress analysis and pipe support design (advantageous)

- P&ID and control philosophies

• Participate in Safe Design activities including HAZOPS

We know today's complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity in other geographies and markets.

What can you bring to the team

Required :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years experience

• Eligibility for Membership with Engineers Australia

• Solid understanding of mechanical principles, hydraulics, and pumping systems.

Good to have:

• Australian and/or international project experience

• Design and construct project experience
