About The Role

Lead and monitor the day-to-day operations of mechanical setups, specialized piping systems, and major equipment positioning. Ensure all mechanical fabrications and installations comply with approved structural plans, technical blueprints, and engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the day-to-day operations of mechanical setups, specialized piping systems, and major equipment positioning
• Ensure all mechanical fabrications and installations comply with approved structural plans, technical blueprints, and engineering standards
• Coordinate directly with structural, civil, and electrical teams to integrate mechanical layouts seamlessly into the overall site development
• Conduct strict mechanical quality control inspections to detect structural errors, pipe leaks, or layout misalignments early
• Manage, inventory, and inspect all incoming mechanical equipment, heavy machinery, and installation materials deployed on-site
• Troubleshoot mechanical operational issues proactively, minimizing downtime and structural delays
• Create, manage, and update comprehensive project look-ahead schedules specifically for mechanical workflows
• Utilize MS Project and Gantt Charting to monitor actual timelines against target deadlines
• Submit regular operational progress reports and material updates to the Main Office in Antipolo City
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage
• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience managing mechanical works within construction, real estate development, or heavy industrial setups
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD for plan revisions
• Proficient in MS Project or standard scheduling software for operational timelines
• Exceptionally articulate with strong professional communication skills
• Proactive in field problem-solving under fast-paced site pressures
