Our Company in the Philippines, Epta Refrigeration Phils. Inc. is looking for a Project Engineer

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings to gather project requirements and expectations
- Conduct site inspections to identify discrepancies between layout and actual conditions
- Prepare layouts, documentation, and project timelines
- Source and coordinate resources (materials, equipment, staff housing, etc.)
- Request and manage project resources prior to mobilization
- Secure contracts, receipts, and project-related documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, delivery, and logistics
- Supervise site works, installations, and proper implementation of layouts
- Ensure safe unloading, staging, and handling of equipment
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Manage inventory with Warehouse for efficient mobilization
- Ensure return of tools and excess materials after project completion
- Implement quality control and evaluate project installation performance
Safety Management
- Ensure compliance with OSH/EHS standards and government regulations
- Enforce company safety and PPE policies
- Prepare incident reports and resolve issues related to damages or losses
Coordination & Communication
- Relay accurate project updates and changes to stakeholders
- Prepare reports on progress, delays, and action plans
- Review subcontractor/client reports for billing
- Manage project turnover, including client orientation and documentation
- Submit complete turnover documents and accomplishment reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (license is an advantage)
- With basic knowledge or exposure to project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna, or other project locations as required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and integrity
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates
