About the role

We are seeking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join REFINETTE COSMETIC MANUFACTURING CORPORATION in Guiguinto, Bulacan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and equipment used in our manufacturing operations. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring our production processes are efficient, reliable, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations and the delivery of premium cosmetic products to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems and equipment for manufacturing processes
• Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and testing of mechanical components and systems
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of existing manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with production teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Ensure all mechanical systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates for management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing operational costs

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution
• Registered Mechanical Engineer/Professional engineering license or certification
• Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in manufacturing or production field
• Sound knowledge of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
• Experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements
• Professional engineering license or certification
