Mechanical Engineer | Lapu Lapu

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for supporting the operations, maintenance, and overall efficiency of mechanical systems and equipment in residential properties. The role involves conducting inspections, implementing preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring that building facilities operate safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and monitoring of mechanical systems and equipment in residential properties.
• Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficiency and reliability of building facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC, plumbing, pumps, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, maintenance schedules, and repair activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and property management teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering practices, and building regulations.
• Provide technical support in addressing facility-related concerns.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) with a valid PRC license.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
