Qualifications

Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
With at least 2 years of experience in the Maintenance or Construction industry.
Has knowledge in Project Management in Construction & Maintenance projects. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Has knowledge in preparing Technical Reports such as Progress Report, Methods Statement, RFIs, Quotations, etc.
Must be good in communication and interpersonal skills needed in handling people.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Can communicate effectively with Clients.
With or without PRC License.

Responsibilities

Responsible for manpower schedule of his work assignment
Supervises work activities of his subordinate from time to time
Conducts site assessment and monitors project progression from time to time
Submit reports/ accomplishments/results as required
Ensure that Safety are always observed at project site.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
