Remote Mechanical Engineer (Water Infrastructure)
Requirements
- Documentation Expertise: Proven experience in the preparation and assembly of work package documentation for large-scale industrial projects.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret and review mechanical drawings, P&IDs, equipment data sheets, and specifications.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in Desalination or Water Treatment is highly desirable (but not essential). Experience in heavy infrastructure, mining, or oil & gas is also applicable.
- Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant Australian engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Communication: Strong technical writing skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Availability: Ability to start on short notice to support an urgent project timeline.
