Description:
Develop, evaluate, monitor, and improve the ongoing and future construction projects that will be assigned by the Corporate Engineering Manager for CPFI. Areas of responsibility include implementation and design development. Monitoring and evaluation of assigned capacity expansion projects. Monitor and control the CAPEX of applied projects. Oversee ongoing and future construction of CPFI owned plant and warehouse facilities.
Responsibilities:
1. PROJECT MANAGMENT
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of Mechanical Engineering CPFI projects from conception to completion within budget and to agreed timelines.
- Interface with CPFI clients to determine project scope, objectives and requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, track progress and performance against milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee the work of contractors, ensuring safety and quality control throughout the duration of the project.
2. DESIGN MANAGEMENT
- Design and develop mechanical system for the project.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to determine project requirements.
- Prepare engineering calculations, drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate and review engineering schedules with project team members.
- Estimate project timescales, as well as material, construction and labor cost.
- Liaise with clients/other members working on projects.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in BS Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum of 3 years as Mechanical Engineer in a food processing plant or related industry.
- Knows how to operate AutoCAD.
- Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Willing to be assigned in LIIP, Laguna
