Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Engineer, based in General Santos, Philippines. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing machinery and equipment, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools. Responsibilities include overseeing projects from initial planning through execution, conducting research and development to improve existing systems, and ensuring all machinery meets safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design
• Proficiency in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for drafting and modeling
• Demonstrated skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) to enhance mechanical systems and processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry is a plus
