Conduct due diligence with water utility providers and other relevant agencies for prospective projects.
Prepare initial mechanical layouts, plumbing and sanitary system designs, pipe routing, load calculations, and design parameters for new residential and vertical developments.
Develop Mechanical (Plumbing and Sanitary) Utility Plans for applications of construction-related permits and licenses.
Ensure that all plumbing, sanitary, and other mechanical utility systems for housing, land development, and other project structures comply with the Philippine Standard Codes and applicable regulations.
Evaluate potential contractors and ensure that awarded contractors are knowledgeable about project specifications, construction deliverables, and timelines.
Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) inspections for completed mechanical utility works.
Provide technical assessment and recommendations to address plumbing, sanitary, and mechanical system issues encountered during construction and operations.
