We are seeking for skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Designers who have a strong background in mechanical design, a creative mindset, and proficiency in CAD software.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create new machine design, programming and machine operations according to customer specifications and perform machine assembly based on mechanical drawing specification
- Evaluate current machine condition and initiate improvements and verify its effectiveness to increase machine efficiency and quality
- Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) to determine potential failures and their causes
- Assist production in solving and repairing machine breakdown/problems to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Research and develop ideas for new and/or improved machine designs to improve and optimize machine designs for productivity and longevity
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- With at least 5 years experience in mechanical design, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in CAD software (preferrably Solidworks) and a strong understanding of engineering principles
- Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
