- High school diploma, Vocational or College level/grad
- Positive Attitude; Self-Motivated, Active, Safety Conscious
- Ability to Work in a fast paced, busy environment
- Ability to Work Well on a Team but Be Self-Motivated and Independent at times
- Assist in performing specific task/job order assigned to both in-house and field work pertaining to overhaulin, installation, pre-delivery / post-delivery inspection.
- Conducts product field demonstrations, seminar & training for proper operation and maintenance of Kubota products
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment's inventory.
- Performs and Implements 5S on a daily basis
- Follow company and other governmental safety policies and guidelines
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the company (Global Quest).
- Accurately record and process Delivery Instructions (DI), Periodic Maintenance Schedules (PMS), and Warranty Claim Reports (WCR) submitted by dealers through the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Ensure all service-related data in the DMS are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Process dealer incentive claims for DI, PMS, and warranty labor on a monthly basis.
- Collect and encode Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) reports into the database.
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction (CS) Surveys with customers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
