Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage crew and pre-order meal procurement processes and coordinate with suppliers.
- Supervise daily catering setup, ensuring completeness and proper packaging.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, including temperature checks and sanitation.
- Oversee returns management, ensuring discrepancies are reported and resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventories, and safety checks in compliance with company policies.
Basic Qualifications:
- College graduate with at least 1 year of experience in food quality assurance or related field.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and Halal requirements.
- Experience in meal planning, warehouse management, or similar roles.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a 100% ONSITE shifting schedule.
