Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Meal Officer is based in Cebu. The Meal Officer supports the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) activities for Health & Early Childhood Care & Development. The role is pivotal in ensuring that project outcomes are effectively tracked, documented, and communicated to stakeholders. The work

is focus on data collection, reporting, ang fostering a culture learning within project teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Designing and Planning the MEAL framework
• Designing the Data Management and Information System
• MEAL Activity Pipeline and Budget Monitoring
• Project Results Monitoring and Reporting (Outputs-level)
• Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Activities
• Deliver MEAL Trainings

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Psychology, Management, Education, Industrial Engineering, Social or Community Development, or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning experience in Health, ECCD, community development, and project management.
