Position: MDM Solutions Engineer

Job Summary: The Data Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's whitelist base generation process. This role focuses on collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of whitelist base reports aligned with business objectives and requirements.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Transformation SQL Development: Develop and optimize SQL transformations to process campaign data efficiently, ensuring accurate and targeted whitelist base generation for marketing campaigns.
- Data Integration and Pipeline Support: Develop and maintain data pipelines that support campaign segmentation, audience targeting, and personalization using cloud-based ETL solutions (e.g., AWS services).
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor and resolve issues related to campaign data pipelines, ensuring seamless data processing and timely campaign execution.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all campaign-related data processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal data governance policies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date documentation of campaign data processes, transformations, and outputs. Provide reports on whitelist base generation, audience segmentation, and campaign performance insights.
- ETL Process Optimization: Design and implement efficient ETL workflows that transform raw customer data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven campaign strategies.
- Data Mapping: Ensure accurate data mapping between campaign data sources, customer databases, and output files to facilitate seamless campaign execution and reporting.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related courses
- SQL Development certifications (Oracle, MS SQL, Hive, or similar technologies).
- Cloud technologies certification (AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Additional training related to technical skills or certifications in relevant areas.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
- Python programming for data processing and ETL development.
- Requirements gathering to collaborate with business to finalize the requirements.
