. Hands-on experience managing end-to-end KOL livestream projects, from
planning to post-stream analysis.
. Strong network and understanding of KOLs, MCNs, and influencer agencies in the
Philippines.
. Proven skills in negotiation, contract management, and strategic partnerships.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience
coordinating internal and external teams.
. Highly organized and detail-oriented able to manage multiple projects and ensure
timely merchandising (MD) execution.
. Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking stream performance, analyzing
results, and generating actionable insights.
. Familiar with social media ad boosting, affiliate marketing, and paid media
performance analysis.
