We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Expert to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Voice BPO experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What You'll Do:
Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Build rapport with customers to enhance their experience.
Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.

What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of Voice BPO experience in an International Client
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
