Materials Handling Supervisor

Supervise the shift team to meet the desired fuel of the generating units. Supports the MH Superintendent with accurate and concise technical advice pertaining to Materials Handling programs, plant history, and timely reporting. Responsible for the implementation of department OPEX & CAPEX budget and overlook Materials Handling Handling reliable & efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Engineer
• With 3-5 years of work experience in a power plant, and with at least 3 years of experience as a Materials Handling Control Board Operator.
• Excellent people and negotiation skills and can deal with people across different levels of the organization.
• Possess a strong sense of urgency, customer-service oriented, highly organized, proactive, and able to multi-task
• Strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Has a positive attitude & strong advocacy of safe work practices and procedures.
• Must have good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Efficient in using the Computer Management Maintenance System (CMMS).
• Possess proficient skills with MS Project, MS Office, and other related computer-based programs.
• Must be able to lead a multi-skilled team.
• Must be willing to be assigned at Bani, Masinloc, Zambales.
